Common use of Wire Transfer Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A Certificates (other than the Class I-A-3, Class I-A-13, Class I-A-27, Class II-A-2 and Class I-A-R Certificate) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. With respect to the Class I-A-3, Class I-A-13, Class I-A-27 and Class II-A-2 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 50%, 100%, 100% and 2% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Class I-A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

The Class I-A-8, Class I-A-R Certificate is and Class I-A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.

With respect to the Class I-A-3A-23, Class I-A-13A-32, Class I-A-27 A-34 and Class IIA-A-2 WIO Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 4%, 50%, 100%, 1004% and 2% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Class I-A-R Certificate is and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.
