Common use of Wire Transfer Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class B-1, Class B-2, Xxxxx X-0, Xlass B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. The Class A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A-1, A Certificates (other than the Class A-2, Class I-A-3, Class A-4I-A-13, Class A-5I-A-27, Class B-1, Class B-2, Xxxxx X-0, Xlass B-4, Class B-5 II-A-2 and Class B-6 I-A-R Certificate) and the Class B Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,000. With respect to the Class I-A-3, Class I-A-13, Class I-A-27 and Class II-A-2 Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is 50%, 100%, 100% and 2% Percentage Interest, respectively. The Class I-A-R Certificate is not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. The Class A-R Certificate is and Class A-LR Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. The Class A-10, Class A-R Certificate is R, Class A-LR, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing for so long as the Class A-10 Certificates are held in the name of the Clearing Agency or a nominee thereof, the Holder will be entitled to a wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility. With respect to the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class B-1, Class B-2, Xxxxx X-0, Xlass B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 A Certificates, the minimum Denomination eligible for wire transfer on each Distribution Date is $100,0005,000,000. The Class A-R Certificate is PO, Class A-R, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4 and Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible for wire transfer.

Wire Transfer Eligibility.
