White Mountain Apache Tribe or “the WMAT” shall mean the White Mountain Apache Tribe, organized under Section 16 of the Act of June 18, 1934, 48 Stat. 984 (commonly known as the “Indian Reorganization Act”) (25 U.S.C. § 476).

  • To the extent that any liability of the Contractor is not covered under the FTCA, the White Mountain Apache Tribe will maintain liability and umbrella coverage in at least two million dollars (2,000,000) per person and two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence.

  • The Parties acknowledge that if the White Mountain Apache Tribe Settlement Agreement becomes enforceable, then the entities receiving a right to NIA Priority Pool water pursuant to that Settlement Agreement not already Parties to this Agreement shall be treated as additional NIA Parties.

  • The White Mountain Apache Tribe Wildlife and Outdoor Recreation Division will assign one full-time investigator.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
