Examples of Warrant Call in a sentence

  • If the Warrant Holder fails to timely pay the amount required by the Warrant Call, the Company's sole remedy shall be to cancel a corresponding amount of this Warrant.

  • In no event may the Company exercise the Warrant Call at any time unless the Warrant Shares to be delivered upon exercise of the Warrant, will be upon delivery, immediately resalable, without restrictive legend and upon such resale freely transferable on the transfer books of the Company.

  • If the Warrant Holder fails to timely pay the funds required by the Warrant Call, the Company may elect to cancel a corresponding amount of this Warrant.

  • The Holder shall have the right to cancel the Warrant Call up until the date the called Warrant Shares are actually delivered to the Holder (“Warrant Call Delivery Date”) if the Trigger Condition relied upon for the Warrant Call ceases to apply.

Related to Warrant Call

  • Warrant Exercise Period shall commence (subject to Section 6(d) below), on the later of:

  • Common Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.

  • Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.

  • Warrant Certificate means a certificate, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule “A” hereto, to evidence those Warrants that will be evidenced by a certificate;

  • Warrant ADSs means ADSs representing Warrant Shares.
