VOD Program definition

VOD Program means each separate piece of [***] Content for which CSB owns, controls, manages, or licenses the VOD rights, or is otherwise a part of the CSB VOD Service, including without limitation ancillary or related content (e.g., promotional or other supporting programming) which is otherwise a part of the CSB VOD Service.

  • In the event that no closed-caption materials are available for a Library PPV Program, Library VOD Program or a Library FOD Program, Licensor agrees to discuss with Licensee the substitution of a Library PPV Program, Library VOD Program or a Library FOD Program, as applicable, for which closed-captioned materials are available, although failure to provide such substitution shall not be a breach under the Agreement.

  • For clarity, with respect to the Standard Definition version and/or High Definition version of the applicable VOD Included Program made available as part of the VOD Customer Transaction for the 4K VOD Program, the VOD Customer shall have the same rights to access, view, transfer, retain and retrieve such versions as they do in respect of VOD Included Programs acquired in Standard Definition or High Definition pursuant to a stand-alone VOD Customer Transaction.

  • Pursuant to a Subscriber Transaction on the Licensed Digital Service, the Customer must select to Electronically Download and/or Stream a copy of the VOD Program from the Licensed Digital Service.

  • Licensee shall, subject to Section 9.1.3, have the right to select from such Library VOD List which Library Films it desires to license for Video-On-Demand exploitation hereunder, and each such Library Film selected by Licensee shall be a Library VOD Program.

  • The right so to distribute and exhibit each Library VOD Program during its Library VOD License Period in the medium of Video-On-Demand television delivered by means of: (a) Push Download to Target Devices or (b) Closed IP to Target Devices, subject to the VOD Restrictions.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee with a written notice setting forth the Current VOD Availability Date, the Current VOD License Period, the Initial U.S. Theatrical Release Date and the Home Video Street Date for each Current VOD Program no later than 90 days prior to such Current VOD Program’s Current VOD Availability Date; provided that incidental failures to meet such timing shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

  • The right so to distribute and exhibit each Current VOD Program during its Current VOD License Period in the medium of Video-On-Demand television delivered by means of: (a) Push Download to Target Devices or (b) Closed IP to Target Devices, subject to the VOD Restrictions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a more favorable (to Licensee) deemed price (or equivalent concept) offered to an Other PPV Provider shall not be applicable to any Current VOD Program.

  • If the Customer elects to Electronically Download the VOD Program, the Customer shall be permitted to Electronically Download the VOD Program to any and all of such Customer’s Domain Devices via the Approved Digital Delivery Means, and shall be authorized to view such VOD Program on each such Domain Device an unlimited number of times solely within the VOD Viewing Period, subject to the Retention Restriction.

  • Any Library Film offered by Licensor or any other SPE Entity to any Other Provider in any annual availability list on a Video-On-Demand or Pay-Per-View basis shall be offered to Licensee as a Library PPV Program and a Library VOD Program as such titles may be cleared for each platform of the Licensed Service.

Related to VOD Program

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Flood Program means the National Flood Insurance Program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004, in each case as amended from time to time, and any successor statutes.
