V&H Miles definition

V&H Miles is a measurement of the length in miles between the termination points of a User Route using airline miles and determined based on the vertical and horizontal geographic coordinates of the locations of the termination points.
V&H Miles means the agreed upon miles for all purposes hereunder for each of the City pairs as set forth in detail on Exhibit D.
