Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.
Miles means nautical miles unless otherwise specified, and means statute miles in conjunction with visibility.
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(c)(i).
Development Milestone Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.
Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.
stratigraphic test well means a drilling effort, geologically directed, to obtain information pertaining to a specific geologic condition. Ordinarily, such wells are drilled without the intention of being completed for hydrocarbon production. They include wells for the purpose of core tests and all types of expendable holes related to hydrocarbon exploration. Stratigraphic test wells are classified as (i) "exploratory type" if not drilled into a proved property; or (ii) "development type", if drilled into a proved property. Development type stratigraphic wells are also referred to as "evaluation wells".
Effective Tangible Net Worth means the Borrower’s stated net worth plus Subordinated Debt but less all intangible assets of the Borrower (i.e., goodwill, trademarks, patents, copyrights, organization expense, and similar intangible items including, but not limited to, investments in and all amounts due from affiliates, officers or employees).
Moody’s Exposure Period means the period commencing on a given Valuation Date and ending 49 days thereafter. j. “Receivable For Municipal Obligations Sold” shall mean no more than the aggregate of the following: (A) the book value of receivables for Municipal Obligations sold as of or prior to such Valuation Date if such receivables are due within five business days of such Valuation Date, and if trades which generated such receivables are (i) settled through clearing house firms with respect to which the Fund has received prior written authorization from Moody’s or (ii) which counterparties have a Moody’s long term debt rating of at least Baa3; and (B) the Moody’s Discount Value of Municipal Obligations sold as of or prior to such Valuation Date which generated receivables, if such receivables are due within five business days of such Valuation Date but do not comply with either of the conditions specified above. k. “Quarterly Valuation Date” shall mean the last Business Day of each February, May, August and November of each year, commencing on the first such date next following the Date of Original Issue of a series of MTP , except with respect to delivery of Accountant’s Confirmation in which case “Quarterly Valuation Date” shall mean such of the last Business Days of February, May, August and November in each year as is selected by S&P . l. “Valuation Date” shall mean, for the purpose of determining whether the Fund is maintaining the MTP Basic Maintenance Amount, each Business Day. 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.
