Very Low Income Spaces definition

Very Low Income Spaces. The Spaces in the Project occupied by Very Low Income Residents pursuant to Section 5(a) of this Regulatory Agreement. Such terms as are not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, as used in this Regulatory Agreement, words of the masculine, feminine or neuter gender shall be construed to include each other gender when appropriate and words of the singular number shall be construed to include the plural number, and vice versa, when appropriate. This Regulatory Agreement and all the terms and provisions hereof shall be construed to effectuate the purposes set forth herein and to sustain the validity hereof. The defined terms used in the preamble and recitals of this Regulatory Agreement have been included for convenience of reference only, and the meaning, construction and interpretation of all defined terms shall be determined by reference to this Section 1 notwithstanding any contrary definition in the preamble or recitals hereof. The titles and headings of the sections of this Regulatory Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only, and are not to be considered a part hereof and shall not in any way modify or restrict any of the terms or provisions hereof or be considered or given any effect in construing this Regulatory Agreement or any provisions hereof or in ascertaining intent, if any question of intent shall arise.
Very Low Income Spaces means the Spaces in the Project occupied by Very Low Income Residents pursuant to the Regulatory Agreement.
Very Low Income Spaces means the mobilehome spaces in the Project required to be rented to, or held available for occupancy by Very Low Income Residents which shall be no fewer than 20 Units, excluding spaces occupied by Contractor employees.

Examples of Very Low Income Spaces in a sentence

  • The Contractor will not give preference to any particular class or group of persons in renting the mobile home sites in the Project, except to the extent that sites are Very Low Income Spaces, Lower Income Spaces or Moderate Income Spaces and except to the extent that the Project continues to be maintained as a "Seniors Only Facility" which rents sites solely to persons who are 55 years old or older.

  • The Contractor will comply with the provisions thereof relating to the renting of Very Low Income Spaces to Very Low Income Residents, Lower Income Spaces to Lower Income Residents and Moderate Income Spaces to Moderate Income Residents.

  • The Contractor will maintain complete and accurate records pertaining to the Very Low Income Spaces, Lower Income Spaces and Moderate Income Spaces and will permit the PAC Representative and the Owner to inspect the books and records of the Contractor pertaining to the incomes of Very Low Income Residents, Lower Income Residents and Moderate Income Residents of the Project.

  • The Moderate Income Spaces, Low Income Spaces and Very Low Income Spaces shall be intermingled with, and shall be of comparable quality to, all other Spaces in the Project.

  • The Very Low Income Spaces shall be intermingled with, and shall be of comparable quality to, all other Spaces in the Project.

Accordingly, the parties agree that any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply in the interpretation of this Regulatory Agreement or any supplement or exhibit hereto.
