Vertical Greening definition

Vertical Greening means those parts of the Greenery Areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(15)(b)(iii) of the Government Grant and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior consent of the Building Authority and for the purposes of identification only are shown and coloured Blue Grass- Hatched Black on the Vertical Greenery Elevation Plans of the DMC Plans;
Vertical Greening means such part of the external wall from upper part of the Ground Floor to 1st Floor as shown on the Elevation 3 Plan annexed to this Deed and certified as to the accuracy thereof by or on behalf of the Authorized Person and thereon annotated "Vertical Greening";
Vertical Greening means the vertical green features which are for the purpose of identification only shown and coloured Light Green Hatched Black and marked “VERTICAL GREENING” on the plans and the elevation plans certified by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto or to any Sub-Deed(s);
