Valuation Table definition

Valuation Table means the valuation table notified under the Stamp Act 1899 (II of 1899).
Valuation Table means the valuation table attached to the applicable Award Agreement, which shall be used to determine the EBITDA Multiple for purposes of calculating the Entry Valuation and Exit Valuation for an Award in the manner described therein.
