UTCN definition

UTCN means the Unidad Técnica de Coordinación Nacional, the technical unit for national coordination established within SAGPyA (as defined above) which administers the PSA (as defined above), or any successor thereto.
UTCN means Unidad Técnica de Coordinación Nacional, the technical unit for national coordination within SAGPyA that administers the Social Program for Agriculture, established by Resolution No. 702/43 of August 23, 1993 of the then- Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Borrower.
