U.S. Term Loans definition

U.S. Term Loans means the Tranche B-1 U.S. Term Loans, the Tranche B-2 U.S. Term Loans and the Tranche B-3 U.S. Term Loans.
U.S. Term Loans as defined in Section 2.1(a).
U.S. Term Loans means the term loans to the U.S. Borrower made pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i) (or made to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 9.23(a))in Dollars.

U.S. Term Loans means Advances made to a US Borrower pursuant to a US Term Loan Commitment.
