UNRECOUPED COSTS definition
UNRECOUPED COSTS means costs and expenses incurred by MARC from the date of this AGREEMENT until the date of determination in connection with the FOUNDATION LICENSED PRODUCT(S), including, without limitation, the cost incurred in connection with the SPONSORED RESEARCH AGREEMENT.
