Unpermitted Use definition

Unpermitted Use has the meaning set forth in Section 14.03(1).
Unpermitted Use means a use that was not lawfully established according to the shoreline master program or other city regulations in effect at the time of its establishment.
Unpermitted Use means any use of any of the Trademark Rights other than a Permitted Use.
