Unit III refers to a negotiating unit composed of permanent custodial, maintenance, food service, bus driver, bus attendant, warehouse, mail and print shop, and transportation employees of the Board in pay grades 1-14 who regularly work an average of four or more hours per day.

Examples of Unit III in a sentence

  • It is understood that Unit I and Unit III shall share the aforementioned total allotment of twenty (20) Association days.

Related to Unit III

  • National Park means land that, by reason of section 17, is a national park for the purposes of this Act;
