Underlying Bonds Cash definition

Underlying Bonds Cash means all cash for the time being held by a Banker or a Designated Custodian (as applicable) for BondEvalue which is attributable to the Deposited Bonds; and
Underlying Bonds Cash means all cash for the time being held by the Banker for BondEvalue and is attributable to the Deposited Bonds; and

Examples of Underlying Bonds Cash in a sentence

  • BondEvalue shall not be beneficially entitled to any Underlying Bonds or Underlying Bonds Cash held by a Designated Custodian or any Cash held by a Banker.

  • Any such Deposited Cash or Underlying Bonds Cash shall not be held by either the Banker or Designated Custodian as client money in accordance with any client money rules.

  • The relevant Designated Custodian shall hold Deposited Bonds and Underlying Bonds Cash, subject to the terms of the relevant Custody Agreement.

  • Similarly, Underlying Bonds Cash shall be held by a Designated Custodian as banker and not as trustee.

  • Member Participants acknowledge and agree that BondEvalue is not, and shall not be, acting as an agent for and on behalf of any Member Participants or any third parties in relation to any arrangements in which the Designated Custodian is acting as custodian of the Deposited Bonds and Underlying Bonds Cash or otherwise performing the services in accordance with the Custody Agreement.

  • The issuer of any surety bond and letter of credit shall be subject to the approval of the city engineer and the city attorney.

Related to Underlying Bonds Cash

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Subordinate Bonds means all Bonds but Senior Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • First Mortgage Bonds means bonds issued by the Company pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied

  • Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $15,757,000 of the Series A Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 through 2024 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Equipment Notes means, at any time, the Series A Equipment Notes, the Series B Equipment Notes and the Series C Equipment Notes, collectively, and in each case, any Equipment Notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Indentures.
