Undercollateralized Loan Group definition

Undercollateralized Loan Group. With respect to either Collateral Pool, as to any Distribution Date, any Loan Group within such Collateral Pool for which an Undercollateralized Amount greater than zero is calculated.
Undercollateralized Loan Group. As to any Distribution Date, any Loan Group for which an Undercollateralized Amount greater than zero is calculated.
