UMAC definition

UMAC and Borrower entered into a loan to Borrower in the amount of up to $5,500,000 (the "Loan"), as evidenced by that Promissory Note dated February 28, 1992, in the stated principal amount of $5,500,000, executed by Borrower, bearing interest and being payable to the order of UMAC as therein provided (the "Note");

  • Admittance to events in the UMAC and/or Wellness Center participation may be subject to charges.

  • Unless and until so surrendered, each certificate representing shares of UMAC Puerto Rico common stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be deemed for all purposes, from and after the Effective Time, to represent the number of shares of the Surviving Corporation’s common stock into which such shares of UMAC Puerto Rico common stock were converted in the Merger.

  • In evaluating the suitability of an investment in UMAC, Contractor has not relied upon any representations, warranties or other information (whether oral or written) from UMAC, any of its respective officers or employees or any of its respective affiliates and, instead, has relied upon independent investigations made by Contractor or representative(s) of the Contractor.

Related to UMAC

  • CTI means CTI Logistics Limited (ABN 69 008 778 925) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited as the case may be, which performs all or any of the Services.
