TSSA Data definition

TSSA Data means information, data, and other content input directly into the Software by TSSA. Licensee Data, Blue Moon Data, and all Personal Information derived from Licensee use of the Software are expressly excluded from the definition of TSSA Data.

  • TSSA shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to all TSSA Data, including all intellectual property rights relating thereto.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
