ALI Database. A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.
ALI Database means the emergency service (E911) database containing caller information. Caller information may include, but is not limited to, the carrier name, Call Back Number, and Cell Site/Sector Information.

Where Brightspeed manages the ALI Database, Brightspeed shall store CLEC’s End User 911 records.
