  • Any Offer Employee who has been offered and accepted employment with Buyer or one of its Affiliates in accordance with the foregoing and who goes on Leave after such acceptance but prior to the Closing Date or the TSA End Date, as applicable shall remain an employee of Seller or its Affiliate and shall continue to receive compensation and benefits from Seller or its Affiliate until such Offer Employee is able to return to regularly scheduled work.
