Trust Unit Certificate definition

Trust Unit Certificate means a certificate, in the form approved by the Trustee, evidencing one or more Trust Units, issued and certified in accordance with the provisions hereof;

• Such Trust Unitholder will be required to surrender the Trust Unit Certificates, if any, representing such Trust Unitholder’s original Trust Units, in exchange for a Trust Unit Certificate representing such Trust Unitholder’s post consolidation Trust Units.

• Beneficial interests in a Global Trust Unit Certificate will be represented only through the Book-Entry System.
