Trial Customer definition

Trial Customer. , means a customer that has signed up to the Sunshine Tariff Project. For all other definitions please see the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Trial Customer means any Customer who orders the Services on a trial basis and for the Trial Period;

Examples of Trial Customer in a sentence

  • At any time during the Free Trial, Customer may purchase access to the Subject Service by placing an order with Illumina.

  • With respect to the Free Trial, Customer may not provide, transmit, store, analyze, or otherwise use any Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) or PHI (defined in the Agreement) with the Subject Service.

  • If Customer wishes to continue to use Service after the end of Free Trial, Customer shall apply to the paid Service separately.

  • During the Free Trial, Customer may upload to the Subject Service non-patient, de-identified Data.

  • During the Free Trial, Customer may analyze using the Subject Service, or send to Illumina for Illumina for analysis with the Subject Service, up to ten cases’ worth of de-identified samples and tumor-normal pairs (“Trial Data”), or up to the maximum Trial Data specified in Customer’s no-fee quotation or otherwise agreed between the parties, and Customer may exercise the rights granted in Section 1(a)-(b) solely for the purpose of analyzing and creating reports using the Trial Data, and not any other Data.

  • During the Free Trial, Customer may upload up to ten cases’ worth of de-identified samples and tumor-normal pairs (“Trial Data”), or up to the maximum Trial Data specified in Customer’s quotation or otherwise agreed between the parties, and Customer may exercise the rights granted in Section 1(a) of the Agreement and Section (a) hereof solely for the purpose of uploading, analyzing, and creating reports using the Trial Data, and not any other Data.

  • During the Free Trial, Customer will receive certain iCredits, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Service Addendum solely by using non-patient, de-identified Data.

  • With respect to the Free Trial, Customer may not provide, transmit, store, analyze, or otherwise use any Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) or PHI (as defined in the Agreement) with the Subject Services.

  • Within 30 days after successful completion of the Transport Field Trial, Customer and Corvis shall agree upon a non-binding estimated deployment schedule (the "Estimated Deployment Schedule") for the Minimum Deployment Commitment.

Related to Trial Customer

  • Material Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).

  • Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).

  • Commercial customer means a customer who is acting within their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Potential Customer means any person who is capable of becoming a customer on making an application for that purpose to either the Appointee or a Licensee;

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
