Tree Business definition

Tree Business means the (i) breeding, research, development, production, use, commercialization and sale of any trees and woody shrubs, including germplasm, genes, plant material, plant tissue, somatic embryos, propagative materials, seeds and pollen related thereto, for any purpose, (ii) the research, development, production, use, commercialization and sale of any related propagation or production technologies, and (iii) the development, production, use, commercialization or sale of all intellectual property related to any of the activities described in clause (i) or (ii).
