Transition Window definition

Transition Window means the period of up to one year after an ARCO Acquisition, which period shall begin on the date of the consummation of the ARCO Acquisition and end on the earlier of the date of the consummation of a Secondary Change of Control, as hereafter defined, or the expiration of one year from the date of the consummation of the ARCO Acquisition.
