Transfer Agent System. 10.1 The Transfer Agent shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by the Transfer Agent in connection with the services provided by the Transfer Agent to the Fund herein (the "Transfer Agent System").

UMBFS shall retain all right, title and interest in and any and all computer programs, screen formats, report formats, procedures, data bases, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, trade secrets, trademarks and other related legal rights provided, developed or utilized by UMBFS in connection with the Services provided by UMBFS to the Trust hereunder.

Transfer Agent System. 8.1 Investor Services Group shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by Investor Services Group in connection with the services provided by Investor Services Group to the Fund herein (the "Investor Services Group System").

Sunstone shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, trade secrets, trademarks and other related legal rights utilized by Sunstone in connection with the Services provided by Sunstone to the Trust herein (the "Sunstone System").
Transfer Agent System. 8.1 PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund herein (the "PFPC System"). Nothing herein shall be construed as granting to PFPC any ownership rights in property of the Fund or Domini Social Investments, or granting PFPC any rights to create derivative works based on property of the Fund or Domini Social Investments.

SEI shall retain all right, title and interest in and any and all computer programs, screen formats, report formats, procedures, data bases, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, trade secrets, trademarks and other related legal rights provided, developed or utilized by SEI in connection with the Services provided to the Trust hereunder.
