Transaction Termination Amount definition

Transaction Termination Amount means the (i) Unwind Costs and (ii) plus (where the payment is due from the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty) or, as the case may be, minus (where the payment is due from the Swap Counterparty to the Issuer) the Swap Termination Value.
Transaction Termination Amount means the aggregate of any Aggregate STP payable to the Swap Counterparty and any Expenses payable by the Issuer upon any Mandatory Redemption of the Notes.
Transaction Termination Amount means the aggregate of any Aggregate STP payable to the Swap Counterparty and any Expenses payable by the Issuer (and including, for the avoidance of doubt, all Expenses owing and payable to the Trustee and the Secured Agents) upon any Mandatory Redemption of the Notes.

  • Upon receiving a TTA Payment Receipt Notice, for the purposes of determining the Net Portfolio, the Calculation Agent will deem the Transaction Termination Amount to be nil.
