Tranche A Documents definition

Tranche A Documents means collectively, the New Tranche A Notes Indenture (including the guaranties thereunder), the New Tranche A Notes, the Common Security and Intercreditor Agreement, each Mortgage (upon execution and delivery thereof), the other Security Documents and each other agreement, document or instrument delivered in connection therewith, whether or not specifically mentioned herein or therein, each as amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time as permitted in accordance with their respective terms.
Tranche A Documents has the meaning set forth in the Tranche A Indenture.

Related to Tranche A Documents

  • Tranche A Facility means the aggregate of the Tranche A Commitments.

  • Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.

  • Revolving Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.
