Toro Luxembourg means Toro Luxembourg S.A.R.L., a Luxembourg limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés de Luxembourg) under registration number B 131.092.
Toro Luxembourg has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.
