Toolbox Subscription definition

Toolbox Subscription specifies the subscription term and Products provided to Customer, subscription fees and payment schedules. Toolbox Subscription does not apply to Redistributable Products.

Related to Toolbox Subscription

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.
