THE CONTRACT DOCUMENT means collectively the Tender Documents, Specifications, Letter of Acceptance of Tender, Agreed variation, if any and other documents constituting the Tender and acceptance thereof, which includes all the documents as mentioned in clause (2) of the Agreement.
