Territory Matrix definition
Territory Matrix means the document detailing the Channels and the specific Territories within which these Channels and/or Advertisments will be Broadcast, which, inter alia, identifies (i) the regions in which the channel will be received due to a shared feed, and (ii) the satellite by which the signal will be distributed to these regions. The matrix is available on request and may be amended by the Company from time to time.
