Wherever this Lease requires Tenant to comply with any Restriction, program, procedure or other requirement or prohibits Tenant from engaging in any particular conduct, this Lease shall be deemed also to require Tenant to cause each of its employees, licensees, invitees and subtenants, and any other person claiming by, through or under Tenant, to comply with such requirement or refrain from engaging in such conduct, as the case may be. Tenant hereby waives the benefit of any rule that a written agreement shall be construed against the drafting party.
