Whenever used in this Agreement, the singular number will include the plural, and the plural number will include the singular, and pronouns in the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender will include each other gender. The captions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise affect any of the terms or provisions hereof.
