Terms; Captions. The words “Landlord” and “Tenant” as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. The captions of Sections are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of such Sections. The word “person”, as used in this Lease, means any natural person or persons in individual or representative capacities and any entity or entities of any kind whatsoever, including, corporations, partnerships and associations, or any combination of persons and entities. Any reference herein to “any part” or “any portion” of the Premises, the Building, the Property, the Project or any other property shall be construed to refer to all or any part of such property. Wherever this Lease requires Tenant to comply with any Law, rule, regulation, program, procedure or other requirement or prohibits Tenant from engaging in any particular conduct, this Lease shall be deemed also to require Tenant to cause each of its employees, licensees, invitees and subtenants, and any other person claiming by, through or under Tenant, to comply with such requirement or refrain from engaging in such conduct, as the case may be.
