TEPCO means The Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated.

TEPCO means TEPCO, Inc., the plaintiff in the Lawsuit, and any successor to the claims against the Company (or Successor Corporation following the Merger) asserted by the plaintiff in the Lawsuit.

ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.
