Tenant’s Financial Statements as used in Section 17.22 shall refer to the consolidated Financial Statements of Guarantor.

  • Landlord hereby agrees to maintain Tenant’s Financial Statements as proprietary and confidential and agrees not to disclose Tenant’s Financial Statements to any third party other than any actual or prospective lender, mortgagee, or purchaser of the Building, and Landlord’s attorneys, accountants and similar business advisors.
