The parties shall give all notices in writing by (i) personal delivery, (ii) national- recognized, next-day courier service, or (iii) first-class registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, to the Landlord's Address for Notice and Tenant's Address for Notice as set forth in Section 1.1. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord's notices to Tenant shall not be effective if they are delivered to the Premises or to another address that is not set forth in Section 1.1(b) hereof.
