Tempest Software definition

Tempest Software means the Triple Point Technology, Inc., software application used by Seller for trade capture, position tracking and reporting, trade cost capture and trade profit and loss tracking and reporting.

Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer data bases or computer software documentation.
