Tegrant definition

Tegrant has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.

Examples of Tegrant in a sentence

  • Consummate the Tegrant Acquisition in compliance with applicable law and regulatory approvals within 10 days following the Closing Date.

  • Use the proceeds of the Loans (i) to pay a portion of the consideration for the Tegrant Acquisition and (ii) for general corporate purposes, in each case not in contravention of any Law or of any Loan Document.

  • If (i) the Tegrant Acquisition is not consummated on or prior to March 31, 2012 or (ii) the Stock Purchase Agreement is terminated on or prior to March 31, 2012, the Notes shall be redeemed on the Special Mandatory Redemption Date at the Special Mandatory Redemption Price.
