Definition of TED Spread


TED Spread means the difference between (i) the London Interbank Offered Rate and (ii) the interest rate on short-term U.S. government debt.

The Trustee shall determine the TED Spread for each calendar quarter no later than the first Monthly Payment Date following such calendar quarter.
