  • Any such revisions shall become effective from such date as shall be mutually agreed upon by the Association and TEBA.

  • The committee will provide a report to TEBA and the Association in order to inform the next round of bargaining.

  • The Association and TEBA will name their representatives within thirty (30) days of ratification of this agreement and the committee shall commence its work within sixty (60) days after ratification of central terms.
