Definition of TCP

  1. TCP means The Childrens Place Retail Stores, Inc., a Delaware corporation and the parent of Licensee Parent and the indirect parent of Licensee and Canadian Parent. Following the Effective Date, any Affiliate of TCP who becomes an Obligor or an Affiliate Guarantor (each as defined in the TCP Guaranty and Commitment) under the TCP Guaranty and Commitment pursuant to the definition of "TCP" therein or Section 4(m) thereof, respectively, shall be subject to the obligations, restrictions and provisions pertaining to TCP hereunder.
  2. TCP means Tontine Capital Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

Examples of TCP in a sentence

  1. Upon a written notice to Executive from TCP, TCP may terminate this Agreement for Cause.
  2. The following is added as new Section 7.24 of the Credit Agreement: 7.24 Payments of TCP-Holdings Intercompany Loan.
  3. The TCP shall prescribe measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure or export of controlled unclassified information consistent with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
