Taxable Floating Rate definition

Taxable Floating Rate means the Default Rate.
Taxable Floating Rate means a fully floating rate per annum (rounded upward to the fifth decimal place) that is equal to the sum of (a) the product of (i) the Floating Rate multiplied by (ii) the Applicable Factor plus (b) the Taxable Applicable Spread; provided, however, that immediately and upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (and without any notice given with respect thereto) and during the continuation of such Event of Default, “Taxable Floating Rate” shall mean the Default Rate.
Taxable Floating Rate means a fully floating rate per annum (rounded upward to the fourth decimal place) equal to the sum of the LIBOR Rate, plus the Taxable Applicable Spread; provided, however, that immediately and upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (and without any notice given with respect thereto) and during the continuation of such Event of Default, “Taxable Floating Rate” shall mean the Default Rate.

Examples of Taxable Floating Rate in a sentence

  • If the City shall be unable to do so, the applicable rate shall convert to a Taxable Fixed Rate or Taxable Floating Rate, as applicable, as of the effective date of such alternate rate index.

  • If any of the Taxable Floating Rate, Tax-Exempt Floating Rate or SIFMA Index Rate becomes equal to the Default Rate pursuant to their definitions hereunder, the Agency shall also pay all amounts due hereunder due to such change in the interest rate.

  • A Taxable Revolving Loan will bear interest at the Taxable Fixed Rate or Taxable Floating Rate.

  • If the Borrower fails to so reimburse the Lender by such time, the Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Floating Rate Revolving Loan bearing interest at the Taxable Floating Rate to be disbursed on the Honor Date in an amount equal to the amount of the unreimbursed drawing (the “Unreimbursed Amount”), without regard to the minimum and multiples specified in Section 2.02 for the principal amount of Floating Rate Revolving Loans.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Taxable Rate means, with respect to a Taxable Period, the product of (i) the average interest rate on the Loan during such period and (ii) 1.54.

  • Floating Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to (i) the Alternate Base Rate for such day plus (ii) ABR Applicable Margin for such day, in each case changing when and as the Alternate Base Rate changes.

  • Class B Floating Allocation means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Investor Interest as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is equal to the Adjusted Investor Interest as of the close of business on such day; provided, however, that, with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class B Floating Allocation shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B Initial Investor Interest and the denominator of which is the Initial Investor Interest.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in clause (d)(1) of Section 2.02 of this Supplemental Indenture.
