Tax Haven Jurisdiction definition

Tax Haven Jurisdiction means The Bahamas, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Jersey, the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, the Xxxxxxxx Islands or any other jurisdiction reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Tax Haven Jurisdiction means any country that does not have income tax or in which the income tax rate is lower than 20% (as referred to in Article 8th of Law no. 9,779/99 of Brazil or any similar or successor legislation or rules).
