Tarsadia Los Angeles Property definition

Tarsadia Los Angeles Property means that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, which is encumbered by the Tarsadia Los Angeles Ground Lease, in each case to the extent of any Borrower’s interest therein.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
