Funds Trust shall record on its books the ownership by the shareholders of the Acquiring Fund shares; Funds Trust shall simultaneously redeem and cancel on its books all of the issued and outstanding shares of each Corresponding Target Class.
Funds Trust shall determine the number of shares of each Acquiring Class to issue by dividing the value of the Assets net of Known Liabilities attributable to the Corresponding Target Class by the net asset value of one Acquiring Class share.
