Target Class definition

Target Class shall include CBEs, CSBEs, CBMEs, MBEs, CLBEs, and Local-Based Small Business as defined herein.
Target Class means the group of all Licensed Products the mechanism of action of which is one of the following (in the case of Licensed Assets identified on Schedule 1.89 (Licensed Assets), as identified on such schedule as of the Execution Date): (a) a DAAO inhibitor, (b) an AMPA potentiator, (c) a GPR139 agonist, (d) [***], or (e) [***].

Examples of Target Class in a sentence

  • Funds Trust shall record on its books the ownership by the shareholders of the Acquiring Fund shares; Funds Trust shall simultaneously redeem and cancel on its books all of the issued and outstanding shares of each Corresponding Target Class.

  • Funds Trust shall determine the number of shares of each Acquiring Class to issue by dividing the value of the Assets net of Known Liabilities attributable to the Corresponding Target Class by the net asset value of one Acquiring Class share.

  • Based on this calculation, Funds Trust shall issue shares of beneficial interest of each Acquiring Class with an aggregate net asset value equal to the value of the Assets net of Known Liabilities of the Corresponding Target Class.

  • All Licensed Products in the same Target Class will be deemed Terminated Products if this Agreement is terminated with respect to such Target Class.

  • Each Corresponding Target Class shareholder also shall have the right to receive any unpaid dividends or other distributions that the Target Fund declared with respect to the shareholder's Corresponding Target Class shares before the Effective Time.

  • At March 30, 2001, 6,035,428 shares of Target Common Stock and 15,132 shares of Target Class A Preferred Stock were issued and outstanding, all of which are validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights.

  • The Trust shall determine the number of shares of the Acquiring Class to be issued by dividing the Net Value of Assets of the Corresponding Target Class by the net asset value of one Acquiring Class share.

  • Support Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Settlement Classes means all Persons included in the Electrolytic Settlement Classes and the Film Settlement Classes.

  • Settlement Class means, in respect of each Proceeding, the settlement class defined in Schedule A.

  • Lowest Class B Owner An owner unaffiliated with the Company or the Master Servicer of (i) a 100% interest in the Class of Class B Certificates with the lowest priority or (ii) a 100% interest in a class of securities representing such interest in such Class specified in clause (i) above.
