System Maintenance Window definition

System Maintenance Window means in respect to the Digital Iris Services, scheduled maintenance windows during which Digital Iris Services access will not be available to Customer due to required system maintenance, upgrades, and other hosting requirements.
System Maintenance Window means scheduled outages for which FIS needs to perform regular, technical maintenance. The System Maintenance Window is Sundays between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CT except once a month where FIS may use an extended System Maintenance Window for the purposes of major infrastructure or application upgrades. The Service may be down during the System Maintenance Window.
System Maintenance Window means scheduled outages for which Metavante needs to perform regular, technical maintenance (e.g. NCP maintenance, CPU IPL’s, DASD installs, IMS gens, etc.). This type of maintenance is performed Sundays between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST/CDT, between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. CST/CDT for West Coast locations, or between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. CST/CDT for some East Coast locations. These activities may result in downtime during the System Maintenance Window.

Examples of System Maintenance Window in a sentence

  • FIS shall make access to the Service available twenty- four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week, less: (i) the System Maintenance Window and (ii) excusable downtime resulting from events beyond FIS’s reasonable control (the “Availability Period”).

  • Additionally, Scheduled Downtime shall include the System Maintenance Window.

  • The System Maintenance Window is Sundays between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CT except once a month where FIS may use an extended System Maintenance Window for the purposes of major infrastructure or application upgrades.

Related to System Maintenance Window

  • Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.
