System Interruption definition

System Interruption means an event which prevents or disrupts Client’s access to or use of Company's online systems to submit its Remittance Order and as acknowledged by Company and “Systems Interruptions” shall be construed accordingly;
System Interruption means any failure or inability of the Licensed Distribution System Operator to receive Electrical Energy other than as a result of an event which is caused by the System User and which is not an event of Force Majeure for the System User.

Examples of System Interruption in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a single event will not be considered both an Interrupted Service and a Partial System Interruption for purposes of this Agreement.

  • The duration of a Power System Interruption or a Network Uptime Interruption will be measured from the time the interruption begins until the time that ▇▇▇▇▇▇, in its sole discretion, considers the interruption ended.

  • Further, a single incident cannot be considered an Interrupted Service/Partial System Interruption under both Hosted Reservation Services, as defined in this Exhibit A and Hosted Web Services, as defined in Exhibit F.

  • Priority 1 (Urgent) A priority 1 problem is any problem which renders the Customer's production environment completely non-productive, or which severely affects the functioning of the Customer's operations: ▪ System Interruption (continuous or nearly continuous interruption).

  • The duration of a Power System Interruption or a Network Uptime Interruption will be measured from the time Codero determines that the interruption began until the time that Codero, in its sole discretion, considers the interruption ended.

Related to System Interruption

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.
