Swingline Loan Amount definition

Swingline Loan Amount means the sum of the Swingline Commitments, which amount initially is Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000,000) (as adjusted pursuant to Section 2.11(f)).
Swingline Loan Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d).
Swingline Loan Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(b)(i).

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).
