Supplier Non-COTS Software definition

Supplier Non-COTS Software. Supplier Software that is not Supplier COTS Software;
Supplier Non-COTS Software means Supplier Software that is not Supplier COTS Software; "Supplier Non-Performance" has the meaning given in Clause 44.1 (Customer Cause) to the Call- Off Terms; "Supplier Personnel" means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Supplier and/or of any Sub-contractor engaged in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Agreement; "Supplier Representative"

Related to Supplier Non-COTS Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services and which is set out in Schedule 5.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
