Examples of Supplier Non-COTS Software in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall not use any Supplier Non-COTS Software or Supplier Non- COTS Background IPR in the provision of the Services unless it is detailed in Schedule 5 (Software) or sent to the Technical Board for review and approval granted by the Authority.

Related to Supplier Non-COTS Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services and which is set out in Schedule 5.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
